Rutoside is a bioflavonoid found in products of plant origin, e.g. in buckwheat, tricolor violet, Japanese pagoda tree and in fruits and fruit peels, especially citrus fruits: grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime. Vitamin C, zinc and selenium support the immune system.

They protect the body’s cells from oxidation. They have a positive effect on the body’s natural defenses. 1 tablet contains: – Vitamin C 80 mg – Zinc 2 mg – Selenium 8 micrograms – Rutoside 25 mg Adults and children over 6 years of age: for supplementation purposes – 1 tablet a day, in periods of increased demand – 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.
